Unimester · 6 months

Certificate in Live Sports Production

Six months to build a practical foundation across every core role in the production chain.

Overview

The Unimester takes you from understanding the workflow to working within it. Weekly video modules and live classes establish the concepts; scenario-based labs turn them into habits you can repeat under pressure.

Group projects recreate match-day conditions. You will work to a brief, take an allocated role, communicate on talkback, hold timing, hand over cleanly and review the result with a mentor — which is exactly how a real crew operates.

What you will learn

  • End-to-end workflow knowledge across the production chain
  • Entry-level operational skill in your allocated roles
  • Team communication under time pressure
  • How a brief becomes a running order becomes a broadcast
  • Review and self-assessment against professional standards

What you will be able to do

  • Work as part of a crew on a simulated multi-camera production
  • Operate at entry level across two or more core roles
  • Communicate clearly on talkback during a live sequence
  • Present assessed project evidence to a prospective employer

Who this is for

Students, fresh graduates, career changers and early-career media professionals. Prior completion of the SPaaSmester is an advantage but not a requirement.

How you will learn

Weekly video modules, live mentor-led classes, scenario-based production labs and assessed group projects. Assessment combines practical exercises, project work, peer review and mentor evaluation.
