Sudhakar Shastry — Founding Director
A live sports production professional with more than 25 years in the industry. In 2011 he was the only freelance Production Manager to work on the ICC Cricket World Cup in India for ESPN STAR Sports. At IILSPB he develops the learning pathways and leads national and global partnership initiatives.
Preetham Bharadwaj — Technology & AI Leader
Over 20 years building scalable digital platforms and AI-powered products across global organisations and startups, leading teams responsible for cloud-native platforms and generative AI systems at enterprise scale. He guides IILSPB's approach to emerging broadcast technology and AI-enabled workflows.
Vidya Sudhakar — Finance & Accounts
A senior finance professional with more than 22 years across financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, audit and statutory compliance, including SAP FICO implementation and ERP automation. She supports institutional governance and sustainable programme planning.
Mentors and advisers
Venkat — Instant Replay Systems
Thirty-five years of broadcast experience, including 25 years specialising in video slow-motion replay. At IILSPB he teaches replay as both a technical craft and an editorial responsibility.
B L Muralidhar — Camera & Cinematography
More than 25 years as a live sports broadcast cameraman across cricket, football, tennis, hockey and athletics, with international assignments including the ICC Cricket World Cup and the FIFA U-17 World Cup in 2017 and 2022. He holds an M.Sc. with a Diploma in Cinematography and teaches postgraduate Electronic Media students.
Chaitanya Zanpure — IP Council Mentor
Partner at StratJuris Law Partners with over 16 years in intellectual property law, particularly patents. A Computer Engineering graduate of the University of Pune and a Registered Indian Patent Agent, he helps learners understand ownership, licensing and the responsible protection of ideas.
