About IILSPB

A specialist institute built around the live environment itself.

IILSPB — the Indian Institute of Live Sports Production and Broadcasting — is an academic institution of EIP Sporting Solutions India Pvt Ltd, created to build structured pathways into live sports production and broadcast operations.

Why a specialist institute

Media schools teach media. Engineering colleges teach engineering. Live sports production sits between them and belongs fully to neither — it demands editorial judgement, technical fluency and the composure to make both work in real time.

Our curriculum follows the complete production chain: editorial planning, camera, replay, graphics, audio, transmission, production control and the broadcast technology underneath. Nothing is taught in isolation from the chain it belongs to.

What Kshanagna means

Kshanagna — क्षणज्ञ — translates as one who knows the moment. In Sanskrit, kshana is the smallest measurable unit of time. In live sport, the moment is everything: a catch, a save, a finish. Recognising it, capturing it and delivering it within seconds is the craft itself.

Vision

To establish India as a global hub for live sports production talent through a scalable, evidence-led education ecosystem.

Mission

  • Design live-production curricula around real workflows rather than general media theory.
  • Combine immersive mentoring with practical laboratory work.
  • Track progression with structured, transparent assessment.
  • Build partnerships that connect learners to working production environments.

Values

Integrity of learning · Safety and compliance · Industry alignment · Evidence-led progression · Inclusive access · Collaborative practice.
